We are looking for Analyst (DSCSA) – US Generics.
Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science / IT / Electronics
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Roles & Responsivity:
- Database Management : Keep serialization databases (Tracelink, 3PL & Customer Master data) updated and accurate, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements, Perform basic database troubleshooting and support tasks related to serialization data.
- Relationship Management : Work with serialization solution providers, customers, and warehouses to ensure smooth implementation, support and upkeep of serialization systems.
- Technical Support : Work with customer & IT to solve technical issues related to serialization software.
- Issue Resolution : Spot and fix any problems with serialization, including system errors, data inconsistencies, and compliance issues.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, IT and logistics teams to integrate serialization processes smoothly.
- Reporting : Create reports on serialization performance, compliance, and any issues for internal teams.
- Compliance and Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of serialization processes, configurations and support activities.
