The T2 Global Mobility team is looking for a temporary partner to join their team.
WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON:
Support the Global Mobility Director and Manager in Global Mobility initiatives.
Assist the Global Mobility Director and Manager with program administration.
Discover ways to improve existing processes.
Update the team project list, progress and status updates in Monday Board.
Collaborate with internal partners in the context of Global Mobility cases.
Assist in the vendor invoice reconciliation process.
Monitor the Global Mobility inbox and help coordinate review of Temporary International Remote Work requests.
Counsel and advise the business stakeholder on Global Mobility polices and process.
Counsel and orient assignees and transferees on their Global Mobility package.
Alongside the Global Mobility Director and Manager, work closely with the Global Mobility vendors and partners such as Relocation Management Company, Immigration team and other vendors.
Create assignment/relocation cases in Equus and other Assignment Management platforms.
Maintain Global Mobility internal documents, desk level procedures, intranet site, etc.
Set up meetings, manage meeting agenda and track actions for the Global Mobility team.
Manage and post content in the Global Mobility Slack Channel.
Help maintain and update the Global Mobility Intranet Portal.
Conduct research and summarize industry insight on relevant Global Mobility hot topics.
Deliver pre-move briefings with relocating employees.
Act as an internal point of contact.
WHAT YOU BRING:
You are organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
An understanding of Global Mobility and the lifecycle of international assignments and relocations.
The ability to consult with various stakeholders to facilitate internal guidance, resources, checklists etc. for managers, team members, and employees.
Effective at executing in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
Ability to work independently with little supervision while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and requests.
Focused on client engagement, best-in-class and relationship building.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to convey difficult messages clearly.
Ability to maintain complete discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related major.
The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $34 and $50 per Hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
