3D Animator Cum Video Editor

Job Description

• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for internal company videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other enterprise-wide projects
• Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, and select optimal forms of media for projects
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
• 'Breathing life' into 3D rigged models
• Transforming storyboards into animated sequences
• Ability to visualize 3D iterations of two-dimensional storyboards and artwork
• Good instinct for timing, movement, and editing cuts
• Experience working with 3D models and rigs (provided by 3d modelers and riggers, respectively)
• Understanding of acting techniques, cinematography, and visual storytelling
• Understanding of anatomy, how limbs move, the effect of weight, and the behavior of skin and flesh
• Work with our creative teammates
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
• edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/S, media management and archiving project media
