Job Description

This summer internship at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL) offers a chance to work alongside industry experts in Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include assisting buyers with sourcing projects, compiling business reports and performing data analysis, supporting the Office & Fleet Services (OFS) team with administrative tasks, and providing ad-hoc assistance. The ideal candidate is a university student graduating in or after 2025, majoring in a relevant field like Procurement, Business Administration, or Supply Chain. Strong team-player skills, excellent English and Chinese language proficiency (Cantonese and Putonghua), and data analysis skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI) are essential. The internship is full-time for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.

Must have:

Assist buyers in sourcing projects
Data analysis & reporting
Office administration support
Proficient in English & Chinese
Relevant degree, graduating after 2025

Good to have:

Previous Disney experience
Power BI experience

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“HKDL”) is now hiring interns for the Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain team.

Responsibilities:

Assist buyers in conducting sourcing projects.
Compile business reports and perform data analysis.
Support the Office & Fleet Services ("OFS") team with office administration tasks.
Provide ad hoc assistance to buyers and the OFS team.

Requirements:

Current university students graduating in or after 2025, majoring in Procurement, Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain or other relevant disciplines.
Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
Good at data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience in Power BI will be a plus.
