Job Description

The AI Product Manager will be pivotal in developing innovative AI projects and solutions within the Web3 ecosystem for Animoca Brands' Portfolio Team. Responsibilities include strategic planning, cross-functional team collaboration, market analysis, KPI monitoring, and ensuring seamless AI integration into Web3 products. The ideal candidate will have a strong AI product management background, familiarity with Web3 technologies, and a passion for industry advancements. This role demands leading product development, defining requirements and roadmaps, conducting market research, working with engineering and design teams, defining and monitoring KPIs, and staying updated on industry advancements in AI, blockchain, and Web3. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the future of AI in decentralized systems.

Good to have:

Experience with blockchain technologies

The AI Product Manager for the Portfolio Team will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative AI focused Projects and Solutions within the Web3 ecosystem. Responsibilities include strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, market analysis, and KPI monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI product management, familiarity with Web3 technologies, and a passion for staying abreast of industry advancements. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to redefining the future of AI in decentralized systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI product development within the Web3 portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, timelines, and roadmaps.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into Web3 products.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in AI, blockchain, and Web3 technologies to inform product strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in AI or related technology domains.
Familiarity with Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and decentralized applications.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Experience working in the Web3 space or with blockchain technologies.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI applications in decentralized systems.
Previous experience with product management in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Understanding of smart contracts, tokenomics, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
