The successful candidate will have experience in office management, budget coordination, front desk operations, and HR administration, with fluency in both Spanish and English. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) and office-based in Ceuta, Spain.

ABOUT THE ROLE
 
Our Workplace Experience Team is now looking for a Workplace Experience & HR Coordinator to join our high performing team.
 
You will be part of a passionate and skilled team with the aim to provide the greatest employee experience. The role is global and you’ll work with tasks impacting everyone at LeoVegas Group. This role requires you to be fluent in both Spanish and English, and will be an office based role for 20 hours per week.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Ensure the reception & office area is tidy & presentable.
  • Greet & welcome guests as they visit the Office.
  • Booking transport and accommodation for any employees, customers, suppliers & guests.
  • Receive packages, deliveries & letters, log any company registered post, and send any registered company mail & parcels.
  • Managing  & keeping track of office supplies & ensuring it is always stocked.
  • Managing orders such as groceries and office supplies & ensuring that they are always stocked.
  • Helping with setting up onboarding packages.
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date and sending Invoices for Finance approval by your Lead.
  • Being the contact person for our payroll department and liaising with our payroll provider for any monthly info related to payroll (OT, leave, allowances, etc).
  • Managing HR administration (attendance, holidays, illnesses, wellbeing allowance, etc.)
  • Taking care of office-related insurances, building and supporting in Budget Development.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
 
Essential skills:    
  • Office Management Experience.
  • Budget & Cost Coordination.
  • Front Desk Experience in welcoming & Greeting Guests.
  • Managing HR administration & system.
  • Supporting payroll & contract requests.
 
 
Nice to have skills:       
  • Experience in Similar Role, ideally in an igaming or tech industry.
  • Interest in working with a Global Office & HR Team.
