Job Description

Riot Games seeks a talented Animation Artist (contractor) to create engaging animation assets for new game projects. Responsibilities include producing high-quality character animation, processing motion capture data, creating in-engine cinematic animations, integrating assets into the game engine, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. The ideal candidate is proficient in Maya and Unreal Engine, possesses at least 2.5 years of game animation experience, and is skilled in animation design and principles. Collaboration, attention to detail, and player empathy are highly valued. This role involves working closely with a team to bring heroes and worlds to life, exciting players with compelling visuals. The contract is through FESCO Adecco in China.
Must have:
  • Proficient in Maya and UE Engine
  • 2.5+ years game animation experience
  • Master of animation design & motion principles
  • Produce high-quality character animations
  • Integrate animation assets into the engine
Good to have:
  • Film/UE Sequencer experience
  • Facial animation expertise
  • Maya rigging knowledge
  • Motion capture cleanup experience
  • 2D animation skills
  • Passion for Riot Games

Responsibilities:


  • 产出成套符合项目品质的角色动画资源;
  • 制作完整流畅且具有节奏变化的动捕数据;
  • 在引擎中独立制作符合项目品质契合故事情节的剧情动画演绎;
  • 独立合入动画资源到引擎;
  • 主动筛查验证可能出现的问题。

Required Qualifications:


  • 熟练使用Maya;
  • 熟悉UE引擎;
  • 2.5年及以上游戏动画制作经验;
  • 在指导下高效完成角色全套动画资源制作;
  • 对动画的设计及运动规律熟练掌握;
  • 积极配合项目工作时间节点。

Desired Qualifications:


  • 沟通积极有效,对待细节认真负责,重视玩家体验;
  • 具有影视动画或UE Sequencer制作经验;
  • 熟悉面部表情制作流程;
  • 了解Maya绑定;
  • 具有修整动捕资源的经验;
  • 熟悉二维动画制作;
  • 热爱《英雄联盟》《金铲铲之战》等Riot的游戏。
