Weixin Pay, referred to as WeChat Pay in overseas markets, is a mobile payment solution jointly launched by Weixin in 2013. After bundling their Weixin Pay accounts with bank cards, Weixin Pay users can pay and complete transactions in a fast, convenient, and secure manner.

In China, Weixin Pay touches almost every aspect of everyday life, providing both online and offline services and giving users a highly efficient and intelligent payment experience, particularly in retail, dining, transportation, healthcare and leisure, and more. The WeChat Pay team in Japan is responsible for its increasing in all aspects of Japanese markets.

1.主な目標は、日本のWeChat決済加盟店の効果的なカバレッジと市場シェアを改善することです。
2.日本のビジネス形態、加盟店、開拓チャネルの完全な理解に基づいて、市場機会を発見し、WeChatとTencentのリソースを統合し、地域拡販計画を策定し、エグゼキューションを効果的に実施します。
3.日本におけるWeChat Payの健全な発展を達成するために、地域のサービスプロバイダーおよびパートナーの管理および事業開発を実施します。

Requirements:

【応募要件】
1.中国語および日本語ビジネスレベル以上、優れたビジネス開発および交渉スキル、3年以上の関連する実務経験。
2.日本の市場およびビジネス文化に理解し、市場について明確かつ正確な洞察を得て、それを実際の実行戦略に変換できる。
3.決済または関連業界の実務経験があり、決済業界の操作形態にしており、加盟店またはチャネルの拡大に関連する経験がある。
4.強力な学習能力、強力な異文化コミュニケーション能力およびストレス耐性。

年収額:応相談

  • 経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
  • 固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

  • 就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 フレックス制(コアタイム無し)
  • 休憩時間 60分
  • 完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)
  • 入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
  • 年末年始休暇(12/30-01/03)
  • 病気休暇(有給):12日/年
