Key responsibilities include developing and implementing creative strategies to attract new clients, cultivating strong relationships with clients and prospects, analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities, collaborating with the creative team on proposals and presentations, leading client meetings and negotiations, and staying updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in advertising or digital marketing, and possess exceptional communication and creative vision.

Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Outreach: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry influencers, becoming their trusted advisor for advertising solutions.
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and position the company as the top choice for clients.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the creative team to craft customized proposals and presentations that inspire and engage clients.
  • Client Engagement: Lead discovery meetings, pitch sessions, and negotiations, turning prospects into long-term partners.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven 2-3 years in business development or sales, ideally within the advertising or digital marketing industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to articulate ideas persuasively.
  • Creative Vision: Ability to understand and leverage creativity to drive business growth.
  • Networking Talent: Strong aptitude for building and nurturing meaningful relationships.
  • Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, and handles challenges with renewed energy.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, leveraging the strengths of a diverse team to achieve goals.


Selection Process:

  • Three rounds of interviews.


Working Conditions:
