Job Description

  • End-to-end responsibility for large IT transition and transformation projects from a technical, organizational, and business perspective (project definition, planning, and negotiation of the service description; project initiation, execution, and completion, as well as handover to regular operations)
  • Main point of contact for the project, both externally to the customer and internally, and management of project communication with all relevant stakeholders
  • Leading, coordinating, and managing the project team and stream leads, as well as any involved third-party service providers
  • Monitoring project progress and adherence to defined milestones
  • Identifying risks and deviations and initiating appropriate countermeasures
  • Identifying, developing, and negotiating change requests
  • Supporting the strategic development of the managed services area (e.g., establishing, maintaining, and further developing transition and transformation services and templates)

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualifications and/ or relevant professional experience
  • Experience as a project manager in the IT field and in managing complex projects
  • Experience in IT managed services, outsourcing, infrastructure and SAP are considered an advantage
  • ITIL and project management certifications are considered an advantage
  • Strong solution orientation and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication skills
  • High degree of independence and flexibility, as well as strong customer orientation and persuasiveness
  • Business fluent German and English
  • Confident use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
