Job Description

Tesla is offering a unique 4-day Easter Camp (April 22-25, 2025) at its Gigafactory in Berlin-Brandenburg, Germany. This internship provides hands-on experience in the foundry, allowing participants to work with metal and learn about professions like Foundry Mechanic and Tool Mechanic. Successful participants may receive an apprenticeship contract starting September 1, 2025. The program offers a glimpse into Tesla's company culture and teamwork. Applicants should be nearing school completion (at least Hauptschule or Mittlere Reife) or have discontinued studies and be interested in practical metal work and a future-oriented career. The application requires a CV and two most recent school reports.

Vom 22. bis 25. April 2025 öffnen wir unsere Türen für dich: In einem 4-tägigen Praktikum kannst du deine handwerklichen Fähigkeiten in unserer Gigafactory unter Beweis stellen. Wenn du uns beeindruckst, hast du am Ende die Chance, einen Ausbildungsvertrag für den 1. September 2025 in den Händen zu halten (zum Beispiel für die Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker oder Gießereimechaniker).

What You’ll Do

Einblick in die Welt der Gießerei: Lerne spannende Berufe wie den Gießereimechaniker und Werkzeugmechaniker kennen
Praxis pur: Arbeite selbst mit Metall und sammle deine ersten handwerklichen Erfahrungen
Exklusive Teilnahme: Nur weniger Teilnehmer*innen dürfen dabei sein – das macht das Camp zu etwas ganz Besonderem!
Teamwork und Firmenkultur: Erlebe, was es heißt, Teil unserer einzigartigen Gemeinschaft zu sein
Deine Chance: Am Ende kannst du mit etwas Glück direkt in eine Ausbildung ab 01.09.25 bei uns starten

What You’ll Bring

Du stehst kurz vor Deinem Schulabschluss (mindestens Hauptschule oder Mittleren Schulabschluss) oder hast dein Studium abgebrochen und möchtest neu durchstarten
