Overview

This is a temporary position expecting to last 6 months with the possibility of an extension or conversion to permanent employment. The System Administrator I, supporting Enterprise IT infrastructure is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and reliable operation of IGT's IT Infrastructure including AD, SCCM, SCOM, Office 365 and related servers and services (DHCP, DNS, etc.) with a focus on Information Security.


This role ensures uptime/availability, performance and security of the systems they manage to meet the needs of various IGT gaming operations and end-user computing.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive monitoring, maintenance and configuration of various IT Infrastructure.
  • Coordinating with various groups, troubleshooting critical incidents and to increase availability/reduce downtime of affected systems.
  • Monitoring incidents and service requests and providing appropriate and timely resolution.
  • Performing research on system technology and providing resolution to sophisticated challenges.
  • Administering and completing various activities as guided by management.
  • Developing complex system standards and recommending improvements to enhance performance.
  • Coordinating with management and evaluate capacity for various systems.

Qualifications

Education:
Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,450- $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
