Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve rider acquisition targets.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Design and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements to boost brand awareness and attract new riders.
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategies as needed to meet campaign goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to align social media strategies with overall company goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
• manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online community interactions.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
