We are looking for a Senior Talent Brand Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team in Santa Clara, CA or Tacoma, WA, reporting to the vice president of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will lead and enhance our talent brand identity. You will craft and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent by showcasing our company culture, values, and employee experiences.  

You are the ideal candidate if you have a marketing background, love creating employer and talent branding content, with a deep understanding of social media trends. You are dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic about creating a compelling and authentic employer brand.  

What you’ll do:  

  • Enhance our talent brand across various channels, including social media, job boards, and the company careers website 
  • Empower employees to share their experiences and advocate for the company 
  • Collaborate with internal brand ambassadors to amplify our message 
  • Own and drive active candidate “top of funnel”, optimizing our speed and cost of talent acquisition by driving more high-quality candidates proactively  
  • Create engaging content that showcases the company's culture, values, and employee experiences  
  • Enhance and communicate our Employment Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it resonates with current and potential employees 
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop targeted recruitment marketing campaigns 
  • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging 
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company website, blogs, and employee testimonials, to showcase the company culture and work environment  
  • Lead the efforts to participate in external employer awards and recognition programs, highlighting the company's strengths and achievements  
  • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Comparably, Google, Indeed, and Instagram  
  • Respond to all employee and candidate reviews in a timely manner
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay current  
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaigns 
  • Provide regular reports on social media engagement, content performance, and other key metrics  

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or related field 
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and employer/talent branding 
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills 
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills 
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and tools 
  • Passion for building a positive and inclusive workplace culture 
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices

After six months, you will… 

  • Played a significant role in our new employer brand messaging
  • Developed our global talent brand strategy
  • Reviewed and updated our EVP
  • Started creating consistent content for internal employees to share on social media via GaggleAmp
  • Built strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams
  • Created employment branding campaigns, driving awareness and attracting talent globally 

After about a year, you will…

  • Led multiple campaigns that significantly increased the company's recognition as an employer of choice within the industry and among key talent pools
  • Built an internal ambassador network that helps drive our branding message globally
  • Have created a brand that attracts a more diverse talent pool, leading to a more inclusive workplace that reflects the company's values

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our compensation philosophy. At Infoblox, we believe in paying for performance. You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position based in California is $101,600 - $151,470 plus corporate bonus.
