Summary

The Senior Regional Game Operation Manager at Tencent Games will analyze player and competitor data to understand behavioral patterns, collaborate with multiple teams on game publishing strategies, monitor competitor activities, and propose feature recommendations based on user feedback. Responsibilities include integrating internal Tencent resources (payment processing, anti-cheat) and acting as a liaison between Miniclip and Tencent teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for casual games, at least 3 years of overseas game operations experience, strong project management skills, fluency in English, and excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Analyze player data and competitor datasets to understand behavioral patterns driving current player performance.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams at Miniclip, including Player Insights, Marketing, and Community Managers, to develop strategies that impact the successful publishing of Miniclip games.
  • Monitor competitor activities and performance, share best practices with the Miniclip team, and drive the implementation of impactful follow-up initiatives.
  • Based on feedback from key target users, propose feature recommendations that positively impact the player experience.
  • Integrate internal Tencent resources to provide necessary support for Miniclip's publishing capabilities (e.g., payment processing, anti-cheating measures).
  • Act as a liaison between Miniclip and internal Tencent teams, ensuring smooth communication and progress in collaborative efforts.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about casual games, preferably with experience playing Miniclip games.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas game operations, localization, or other relevant roles, with some mobile game experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to dive into details and think clearly about project timelines and interdependencies.
  • Bachelor's degree or above with fluency in English. Overseas living or study experience is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, proactive, self-driven, and possesses a high level of initiative, energy, responsibility, urgency, and willingness to learn from team members at all levels globally.
  • Strong influencing skills and strong communication skills.
