Job Description

This HR role at KRAFTON involves designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems (OKR-based). Responsibilities include performance evaluation system development, establishing and running performance management processes, conducting pre- and post-appointment verifications for managers, and managing employee change. The ideal candidate will have experience in the full cycle of performance management system design and operation, strong communication and data analysis skills, and a proactive approach. Experience with a holding company and collaboration with subsidiaries is highly valued.

Must have:

Experience in performance management system design and operation
Proactive and independent work style
Excellent communication, data analysis, and documentation skills
Collaborative and respectful team player

Good to have:

Experience in a holding company/HQ working with subsidiaries
Experience in the game, entertainment, or content industries
OKR operational experience
Fluent English communication
Workday proficiency
