DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Monitors consumer repair program performance results, reports, and publishes standard key performance indicators. Recommends improvement solutions as necessary to ensure excellent consumer experience.

  • Develops product repair and recovery plans and performs trending analysis based on program results.

  • Analyzes and resolves issues that impact service center’s ability to meet established performance objectives and recommends corrective actions.

  • Coordinates medium to complex projects utilizing project management methodologies.

  • Coordinates various operational improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

  • Chairs program performance meetings with repair service centers to review performance metrics and ensures accuracy of performance reports prior to stakeholder dissemination.

  • Participates in the development of platform/product launch project plans and executes assigned project elements.

  • Provides operational support in the areas of standard work procedure development, operational audits, compiling and reporting out operational metrics.

  • Coordinates resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.

  • Provides technical support and correspondence related to Nintendo’s repairs programs.

  • Provides detailed forecasting, schedules, and analysis of the product lifecycle management process ensuring the quality, delivery and cost of the repairs and recovery plans.

  • Provides mentorship and guidance to junior level staff in the form of best practice sharing and recommendations.

  • Coordinates system set-up for part numbers, bill of materials, labor routings and other required attributes.

  • Bilingual position performs written and verbal translations in English and Spanish.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Travels to domestic and international service centers to provide business and technical support.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three years related experience in translating written and verbal English and Spanish.

  • Three years related experience in coordinating medium complexity projects

  • Three years related experience in an inventory, production control, repair program environment.

  • Advanced skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).

  • Experience utilizing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Experience with trending analysis, key process indicator development, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks.

  • Requires a broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems, or requires deep administrative or analytical/technical skills in a single area.

  • Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent recommended.

  • Practical training and a strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies.

  • Practical training and a strong understanding of Lean Production Methodologies.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes a base pay range of $32.45 - $51.92 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
