Summary

As a Senior Marketing Manager at Level Infinite, you'll establish the brand management and go-to-market (GTM) campaign framework for their diverse game portfolio. Responsibilities include managing central marketing, communications, and agencies; setting SLAs and overseeing pipeline execution. You will work closely with the central team to define business rhythms and frameworks, maintain brand tracking tools and metrics, and provide feedback on game GTM strategies. You'll produce competitive analyses, market trend reports, and in-market performance data for top management. Collaboration with the data and analytics team to enhance capabilities for PC and console businesses is crucial. You'll also orchestrate marketing workstreams to support Level Infinite branding initiatives, partnering with publishing leads to develop marketing strategies and manage campaign execution.
Must have:
  • 10+ years Global Brand Marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of gaming industry marketing
  • Experience managing international channel strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English, cultural awareness of Chinese and Western cultures
Good to have:
  • Experience with large-scale multinational projects

岗位职责

· Set Brand Management and GTM campaign framework across our portfolio

. Be accountable for our central marketing, coms and agencies management setting SLA’s and managing pipeline and execution.

. Work closely with our Central team to help establish the right rhythm for the business and the right frameworks.

· Set and maintain our brand tracking tools and metrics.

. As Center of excellence provide comprehensive feedback on our Games GTM strategies

· Produce Competition GTM analysis and market trends/In market performance to inform our top management

· Partner with our central data and analytics team to help them build breakthrough capabilities in service of our PC and Console business.

. Orchestrate marketing workstreams to support Level Infinite Branding initiatives in close partnership with Level Infinite Branding teams and other key stakeholders

. Work with Publishing leads to help build Marketing Strategies and orchestrate Campaign execution for given titles.

岗位要求

· 10+ years’ Global Brand Marketing, International Campaign management, Marketing Strategy or equivalent experience, supporting multiple titles across several platforms and business models.
· An excellent understanding of Gaming industry marketing strategies and dynamics especially in the European and American markets.
· Previous experience managing channel strategies in an international context
· A passion for games and a keen eye for market trends and data.
. Demonstrate strong ability to collaborate with people from different background and levels both internally and externally
· An open and flexible mindset, with strong collaboration and communication skills
· Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken, to serve as a working language.
· Possess cultural awareness for both Chinese and Western cultures.
· Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, self-drive, and exceptional communication abilities. Be resilient to pressure and capable of managing work across different time zones. 
. Prior experience in large-scale multinational projects is preferred.
