岗位职责
* 主导PUBGM在非洲区域的核心推广策略，为产品的活跃/收入等核心KPI负责；
* 基于非洲区域用户偏好及产品主线内容制定整合营销方案及落地执行，与研发及总部团队紧密配合；
* 开拓与管理非洲区域合作伙伴与所有核心Agency，把控从策略到执行的全流程落地；
* 管理及维护区域核心网红、内容创作者，深耕当地主流内容平台，持续提升游戏在当地的内容声量；
* 探索非洲区域线下/地面推广模式，持续跟踪及分析各类市场手段效果，及时调整和优化策略；
岗位要求
* 5年以上游戏行业市场/品牌经验，有海外业务工作经验优先；
* 热爱游戏，各类经典主机/手游经验丰富，对FPS品类有深度理解；
* 良好的沟通和协作能力，能在跨国/跨文化/跨时差等条件下完成复杂项目落地；
* 英语可作为工作语言，有海外生活/外派经验者优先
