Job Description

The Opportunity: 

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Account Management based in East Aurora, NY to lead a multi-disciplined account team across traditional and digital account services with a focus on the Fisher-Price brand.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Leads Fisher-Price IMC pod, in tight collaboration with Brand Marketing, to drive end-to-end strategic thought leadership across all integrated marketing communications as the catalyst to inspire and unlock breakthrough marketing creative work.
  • Leads integrated marketing program development from conception to execution with minimal supervision.
  • Leads development, implementation and global adherence to Brand Foundation and Brand Identities to drive category and portfolio differentiation and global consistency.
  • Leads development of marketing tentpoles that will consist of cross-category promotions, collaborations and activations.
  • Collaborates with Brand Marketing to ensure clarity of understanding, clear prioritization and required inputs of Marketing briefs to intake into the pod via aligned and approved SLAs.
  • Leads cross-functional team in discovery process with Insight teams, media, marketing, and creative teams to mine for relevant insights, performance data and learning across category, consumer, competition, culture, and media landscape to uncover opportunities and challenges to translate and synthesize into a succinct and actionable marketing brief.
  • Oversees development of inspirational creative briefs that springboard creative development with rich, consumer-centric, idea-led territories that ignite cross-functional collaboration and ideation.
  • Collaborates daily with brand and product marketing and ecommerce teams to maintain thorough understanding of the business, influencing and being influenced by current market, category and brand dynamics.
  • Lead development and presentation of creative strategy and organizing idea to global markets and commercial teams for feedback and alignment at key stages of development, including pan-brand shopper campaigns.
  • Design and leads internal brainstorm and ideation sprints, in collaboration with relevant cross-functional partners, that yield actionable ideas to pursue.
  • Lead strategic and creative direction for external agency partners and vendors to ensure clarity and consistency of direction, efficiency and effectiveness of resources and, ultimately, ensure outcome meets business needs.
  • Leads development of annual/seasonal tentpole programs, such as retail programs, content-led activations, etc.
  • Partners with PR to drive consistent and compelling brand narratives that deliver measurable and mediable storytelling moments.
  • Lead development of regular updates to Senior and Executive leadership on project progress, as needed.
  • Proactively champion diversity and inclusivity across all marketing communications.
  • Partners with Brand Creative, Brand Marketing, Project Management and Production team to build annual and season scopes of work and production budgets.
  • Galvanizes cross functional team to nurture and amplify ideas, big and small.
  • Partners with Project Management to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years in marketing, advertising, operations, or program management leading cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thought leader with ability to understand business pain points from Executive team and Key Stakeholders across all functions
  • Highly analytical and creative mind with ability to distill complex concepts and ideas into succinct solutions
  • Depth of understanding of industry, category, and media landscape
  • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage cooperation and problem solving
  • Possess a growth mindset, positive attitude and a passion to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

The annual base salary range for this position is between $117,600 and $147,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
