For more information, log on to our website: https://collinskitchensandwardrobes.com POSITION Product/ Interior Designer DEPARTMENT REPORTS TO Sales Head SUBORDINATES/ REPORTEES None JOB LOCATION Mumbai Required Joining By ASAP DATE A very rare opportunity has become available for Designers to work in a very luxury, high end Kitchen and wardrobe company, based in Worli, Mumbai. It is an autonomous role needing someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a capability to get involved with all aspects of the business including Designing and front facing the client on Projects. Role &amp; Responsibilities <ul><li>Greet &amp; engage all customers, identify customer needs, provide accurate information to queries &amp; show sincere enthusiasm.</li><li>Effectively present the product to Customer</li><li>Work on Drawings and presentation for clients</li><li>Prepare Mood boards</li><li>Attend Meetings with ARCHITECTS AND INTERIOR Designer</li><li>Visit sites for inspection and measurements</li><li>Take Follow up from clients, Architect &amp; Interior Designer</li><li>Keep tracks and records on the latest market trends</li><li>Assist with all others duties as directed from superiors, from time to time. </li></ul>
Deliverable <ul><li>Sales Meeting</li><li>Sales proposal</li><li>Sales Conversion </li></ul>
Task &amp; Activities <ul><li>Sales Meeting</li><li>Meeting architects and designers in their office and at the showroom.</li><li>Giving a walk through to clients at the showroom.</li><li>Understanding the requirements from clients and designers, to arrive at the best designs for them.</li><li>Sales Proposal</li><li>Create presentation according to the client requirements</li><li>Preparing Mood board based on requirements from Clients</li><li>Offering colour and design options.</li><li>Coordinate with the drafting team for drawings and winning approval on same from architect/ designer and client.</li><li>On site coordination with execution team and client.</li><li>Sales Conversion</li><li>Negotiate win-win deals</li><li>Maintaining profitable index as per management guidelines </li></ul>
Required Skills <ul><li>Detailed oriented with excellence problem solving and organization skills</li><li>Ability to apply sense of style to create aesthetically pleasuring interiors</li><li>Excellence verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Fluency in English </li></ul>
Preferred Skills <ul><li>Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools</li><li>Good knowledge of 3D modelling software </li></ul>
Education And Experience <ul><li>Complete a qualification in Interior Design. And a Bachelor degree majoring in Interior designing</li><li>Interior design certification highly preferred</li><li>At least one year related experience required</li><li>In depth knowledge of furniture system and finishes</li><li>Able to develop and present design concept </li></ul>
Measuring Metrics <ul><li>Of meeting per week and per month</li><li>No of sales generated from the meetings</li></ul>
