The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior CRM QA Associate, you will take ownership of Quality Assurance efforts, lead team training initiatives, and ensure the seamless execution of campaigns for our marketing channels across all DraftKings products like Sportsbook, Casino, and Daily Fantasy Sports. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping QA processes and maintaining compliance with internal best practices and regulatory requirements to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do as a Senior CRM QA Associate

• Be a subject-matter expert on QA efforts for in-app messages, push notifications, and email communications.

• Analyze QA outcomes to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure compliance standards are consistently met across all channels.

• Report stakeholder progress on pre-QA and post-QA error levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve QA workflows and align with broader organizational objectives.

• Anticipate potential risks in marketing workflows and implement proactive solutions to mitigate compliance or operational challenges.

• Provide mentorship, strategic guidance, and training to rotational QA team members to ensure consistency and excellence in QA efforts.

• Develop and refine scalable operational processes, training resources, and documentation to support team growth and efficiency.

 

What you’ll bring   

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, Business, or a related field.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Strong oral and written communication skills with a strong desire to produce high-quality work.

• Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

• Experience navigating compliance requirements within highly regulated industries is a plus.

• Demonstrated expertise in marketing, data analysis, project management, and operational leadership with experience using tools such as Braze, JIRA, Wrike, and Tableau.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to reflect the sports calendar, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,400.00 USD - 88,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
