What you’ll do:
- Develop content plan, taking into account the specifics of each channel
- Create textual content independently; and visual content together with the art department
- Publish content on social networks: Instagram, Discord, Facebook, YouTube
- Work with community moderators, volunteers, and opinion leaders
- Communicate with opinion leaders and players on the sites where they are present, answer questions, and help as needed
- Collect feedback, process it, and present to product colleagues
- Participate in the development of programs to work with content creators, clans
- Publish news on the game portal, participate in the promotion of the marketplace
What you need to succeed:
- 2 years of relevant experience of working as a community manager
- Experience with social networks: Instagram, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Experience working with opinion leaders, outsourcing (moderators, volunteers)
- Strong word processing skills, ability to create content from a given TOV
- Skills in setting tasks, monitoring their fulfillment
- Responsibility, proactive, teamwork skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with mobile games, especially midcore projects
