As a Project Manager at MY.GAMES, you will plan and monitor feature development across all production stages for mobile games and apps. You'll manage small teams, improve processes, and handle all aspects of project lifecycle. Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-direction are crucial. The role involves working remotely within a large, international game development company, contributing to titles like War Robots, Hustle Castle, and more. You will be responsible for organizing work within mini-teams and developing processes.

What you’ll do:

Plan features development
Monitor and control development at all stages of production
Organize work within the mini-team, conduct people management
Develop and improve processes

What you need to succeed:

Ability to be fully immersed and self-directed
Mobile game or app development project manager experience for small teams
Excellent skills with communication, listening, and negotiation
