Scope of Function:
A Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing billing, customer care, and other related processes in a telecommunications company by gathering requirements, developing solutions, and investigating new business requests. They document requirements for BSS/OSS/IT systems and solutions, facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and technical teams, participate in testing and implementing new features, find solutions to complex business problems related to BSS systems and processes, and prepare documentation and user instructions. The ultimate goal is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of BSS operations while ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and solutions for all stakeholders involved.
