To meet the needs of our customers, we continuously invest globally in the development of our team members, our skills and the innovative tools that we use to help our clients transform sustainably and stay ahead of the competition. This leads to many opportunities to develop yourself into a “trusted boardroom advisor”.

As a Senior Associate Digital Transformation the activities that you will be working on include

  • Coaching colleagues in the areas of personal growth and development of various consulting skills.

At PwC, you will be part of a dynamic, international and multidisciplinary team of experts. Along with your colleagues, you will excel in our clients’ environments. You will also help to optimise our knowledge, methodologies and tools.

Does this describe you?

You have a combination of strategic and analytical insights. You are eager to learn, have a passion for emerging technologies (including (GenAI, Cloud & RPA) and want to expand your knowledge of (financial) business processes. You are also ambitious, want to solve complex problems and make an impact on our customers. You are people-oriented and enjoy working together in multidisciplinary teams. In addition, you can create powerful reports and visuals and give convincing presentations for (senior) management.

  • You have at least two to three years of relevant work experience with digital and other transformation projects in complex environments.

  • You have a university degree in a subject such as technical or non-technical business administration, financial management, information management or similar

  • You have an affinity with financial reporting rules (RA or RC training is a plus) or open to further develop this knowledge

  • You have demonstrable experience and affinity with IT, digitalisation, information management and/or advanced technical skills in data and software development.

  • You are motivated to advise clients on how to optimise their IT operations, financial & operational processes, associated systems & controls

  • You have an understanding of emerging technologies, such as AI, Cloud, RPA and are open to further explore innovative solutions from our alliance partners (including Workiva, SAP, Workday, Microsoft).

  • You are people-oriented and socially adept in political, dynamic and complex environments. You are also creative when it comes to managing different stakeholders.

  • You are able to draw up powerful reports and give convincing presentations to senior management.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

What are we offering?
At PwC, you will have the opportunity to be yourself, get the best out of yourself in a high-performance organisation and grow within our global network. As part of our team we offer:
