Summary

The Senior Associate/Assistant Manager, Esports Broadcast & Content Producer will be responsible for directing and producing live events and studio broadcasts. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including project managers, technical operators, and external studios, to ensure high-quality program delivery from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include developing and executing content strategies aligned with tournament themes, overseeing content asset creation and distribution, and working with production partners and internal/external creative teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of broadcast software and hardware, a passion for esports (preferably Free Fire Max), fluency in English and Hindi, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, including weekend work.
Must have:

Job Description
  • Director and producer of various live events as well as studio broadcasts
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical operators, external studios, and other stakeholders in ensuring the quality of the programs from concepts to deliverables
  • Develop and execute master content strategies that align with the overall esports tournament theme
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of all content assets and deliverables in collaboration with production partners, internal creative teams, and external partners
Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of working experience in an eSports related role
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in directing the production and engineering of live broadcasts (in multiple online broadcast platforms) programming, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the technical operators as well as project managers in a variety of settings
  • Have a solid understanding of broadcast software and hardware required for live-streaming operations
  • Able to keep up and implement the latest trend of broadcasting technology to optimize output quality
  • Have a creative content mindset
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willing to work on weekends
  • Should be a gamer and should have strong passion for games; preferably should be a Free Fire Max player
