We are currently seeking a Scrum Guide for a world-class healthcare provider based in Rochester, Minnesota. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on driving global healthcare impact. Application deadline is 12/23/2024.

About the Opportunity:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the Scrum process, ensuring smooth team collaboration, resolving conflicts, and supporting the achievement of goals. As a Scrum Guide, you'll provide valuable guidance in Agile practices, helping teams adopt and adhere to Scrum principles while also tracking project progress. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact within a globally recognized healthcare organization, all while working remotely with a team committed to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring team members collaborate effectively to achieve product/project goals.
• Guide the team through Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help the team stay on track by ensuring they adhere to Agile and Scrum principles and best practices.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Track and report on progress towards project goals, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coach the team on Agile values, Scrum principles, and how to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize metrics and analytics to measure team performance and product backlog management.

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and keep the team focused and organized.
• Strong coaching experience, with a focus on Agile and Scrum values.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with software development processes and procedures.
• Experience tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics.
• Professional Scrum Master I Certification (required).
• SAFe Agilist Certification (preferred).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Google Cloud is a plus.

Note: To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
