Role - SAP Analytics BI/BW Consultant 
SAP Skills:
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of BI/BW work experience in SAP full cycle implementation as well as in SAP support projects.
  • Must have SAP A4O reporting experience.
  • Should have strong exposure in area of SAP BI/BW (i.e. COPA , CCA , FI-GL , FIAR and MM data flows).
  • Should have worked on Support Incidents, tickets and CRs.
  • Work experience in SAP Support project would be desirable.
  • SAP ABAP knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Should be willing and flexible to work in JP, UK and US shift timings and in 24 x 5 rotational shifts as per shift roster.
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates the AMS Support of SAP BI/BW module
  • Monitors data loads and correcting errors and provide permanent fix for repeated data load failures.
  • A4O reporting tool guidance to business when needed.
  • Prepares process documents and test documents.
  • Performs detailed analysis of any business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
  • Facilitates workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of BI/BW solution.
  • Identifies gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Handles changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Acts as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Work self-directed and independently.
Business Skills:
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
  •  Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
  • Ability to independently handle client communication/interaction (over Zoom/Teams calls and emails).
  • Should be customer facing with good presentation skills. 
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
  •  Understanding of business processes for focus area or module.
  •  Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.

  •  Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.
