TECHOPS ENGINEER

Tasks

• Administration and support of IT infrastructure (infrastructure distributed in 5-6 countries).
• Network administration.
• Working with cloud services.
• Technical support and escalation.
• Interaction with suppliers and optimization.
• Ensuring reliability, sustainability, security and compliance of automated business processes.

What we expect from you

• 4+ years of experience as a systems administrator/enterprise applications engineer.
• Extensive knowledge in the field of identity and access management.
• Customer-oriented thinking with an owner mentality.
• Advanced systems management skills using Google Workspace, Okta Workflow, Jira Automation and other SaaS solutions.
• Experience in implementing and supporting Zero-Trust concepts and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Understanding and experience using or deploying device-based trust applications (Okta Verify, Cloudflare Zero Trust, etc.).
• Excellent technical documentation and knowledge base writing skills.
• Experience with MDM solutions, including Jamf, Kandji, ManageEngine.
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, ability to prioritize a busy workload.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
• Advanced level of technical troubleshooting experience.
• Readiness to move to Serbia or another country upon agreement with us - we will discuss the location with the team.
