The Barracuda Networks Team is establishing a new Inside Sales Center, located in Hong Kong and we are seeking talented, motivated sales representatives, who thrive in quick sales cycle environment to join our APAC Renewals Sales team.  The APAC renewals team, based in new offices in Hong Kong is responsible for driving industry leading renewal rates across the region, working in multiple languages, engaging with end users and reseller partners alike.  We are looking for an individual that brings a combination of skills in developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty, continually improve renewal retention rates and drive innovative cross sell and up-sell programs within the assigned territory. You will be required to work directly on a renewal portfolio of customers.

What you’ll be working on: 
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts via Salesforce.com in line with set targets, strategic plans, and operating budgets.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets through accurate forecasting and sales skills
  • Renew licenses working directly with the end user and reseller, as necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our channel and partners in order to identify and close joint opportunities.
  • Set strategy and tactical approach for maximizing renewals for your specified territory
  • Engage with colleagues in other territory renewal teams to learn and share process and methodologies.
  • Ensure systems are maintained and updated with up to date customer information
  • Have a thorough understanding of products, pricing and the competition
  • Work closely with team members and assist with coverage when deemed necessary in order to meet team key performance indicators
 What you bring to the role:
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, & English Speaking
  • 2 years in sales, customer service or customer success experience
  • Strong Business Acumen and a clear track record of driving execution, delivering operational Excellence within a renewal's environment.
  • Experience in renewals or account management experience an advantage
  • Experience using Salesforce.com as CRM is a plus.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  • Drive, conscientiousness and perseverance to conduct outbound sales contacts daily.
  • Team oriented with ability to succeed.
  • Valid Work Permit to work in Hong Kong
