■職務内容 / Job Description
PlayStationプラットフォームのシステムソフトウェア検証のQAエンジニアとして、担当するプロジェクトのテスト計画・方針を策定し、テスト設計～テスト実行の管理を行います。
プロジェクトの上流から参画し、QAのプロジェクトリーダーとしての役割も担います。
また、エンジニアリングチームと協力して、テスト自動化の検討を行い、自動化に向けたプロジェクトの推進役となっていただきます。（実装は、エンジニアリングチームが行います）

・PlayStationプラットフォームの製品/サービス全般のソフトウェア品質に責務を負い、社員・業務委託者を含めると200名以上の人数で構成される大規模な組織です。
・SIEが取り扱うほとんど全てのプロダクト・サービスに関わっており新しい製品や技術に触れる機会が多いです。
・品質保証業務の内容は、システムソフトウェア/アプリケーションのUX検証、周辺機器のファームウェア評価など幅広く、多種多様な取り組み、アプローチによりPlayStationプラットフォーム全体の品質向上を目指しています。

■応募資格（求められるスキル、経験など）
【必須条件（MUST）】
・ソフトウエアQA業務またはソフトウエア開発業務の実務経験/3年以上
・チームリーダーの業務経験 (複数のメンバーのタスク・進捗管理・外部折衝等)/1年以上

【歓迎条件（WANT）】
・ソフトウェアテストに関する資格を有する方
・ソフトウェア開発/ソフトウェアテストに関する体系的な知識を有する方
・プロジェクトマネージャーの実務経験のある方
・テスト自動化に関する業務経験のある方

【語学力 / Language Skills】
・日本語/ビジネスレベル以上（JLPT N1または同等以上）
・英語/目安としてTOEIC 700点以上
・英語によるコミュニケーション（メール、電話会議、海外出張）、英語で記述された技術資料の読解が必要です。
