Product Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst - GIG Rewards App

GIG  (gigrewards.ph) is a questing platform that turns mobile telecom operators into channel partners to do user acquisition and engagement at scale for partner companies. Users can do quests (tasks related to gaming, shopping, referrals, social media participation, and other micro tasks that drive engagement and revenue) to earn rewards, such as free load and data. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Product BI Analyst to support our product team by developing and maintaining data-driven insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements. This role focuses on creating and maintaining dashboards, performing ad-hoc analyses, and working with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and uncover insights. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced analytics to monitor and improve product performance, leveraging data models, queries, and predictive modeling techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance metrics.
• Build strategic dashboards (e.g., Performance Dashboard) and operational tools (e.g., Investigative tools) for various use cases.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define data requirements and gather insights that support product roadmaps.
• Design and implement data models and queries to maintain a robust data infrastructure that supports comprehensive analytics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques, including data mining and predictive modeling, to uncover meaningful insights and recommend product enhancements.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format.

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst or Data Engineer role, with a focus on product metrics and performance tracking.

• Strong skills in BI tools and dashboard development.
• Experience working with data infrastructure, data modeling, and querying.
• Familiarity with predictive modeling, data mining, and other advanced analytics techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Product BI, specifically within the tech or software industry.
• Background in fraud/risk analysis would be a plus.
