Job Description

The Partner Account Manager will manage and develop partners, set outsourcing tasks, communicate with AP, manage project news, and handle AP requests (financial controller inquiries, FAQs, onboarding assistance, CRM chat support). This role requires fluency in Chinese and English, excellent communication and negotiation skills, experience with contractors and partners, data analysis proficiency (Google Sheets, Excel), and advanced Google Workspace skills. We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (Chinese fluent) .

Your main tasks will be:

    • Managing and developing partners without income;
    • Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions;
    • Sending out communications to AP and collecting feedback;
    • Managing project news channels;
    • Working on AP requests (FC (Financial Controller), Frequent questions from AP, Assistance with onborading, Asisstant in all CRM chats);

    We expect from you:

    • Proficiency in Сhinese (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+;
    • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - С1+;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
    • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
    • Advanced user of Google Workspace.
