Job Description

As a Game Designer (Expedition), you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of SuperCity's Expeditions. You'll collaborate with narrative designers to create compelling expedition concepts, select and develop new mechanics to enhance player experience, and meticulously balance and design event expeditions. You'll analyze launch performance, formulate hypotheses for improvement, and maintain comprehensive documentation for individual launches and the event as a whole. This is a unique opportunity to influence the development of Expeditions and contribute to the continued success of SuperCity.
Must have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in game design.
  • Successful experience in leading and improving expeditions, experiments, and capacity building.
  • Ability to work with analytics and evaluate results using metrics.
  • Integrity of vision and systems approach.

That's why we are looking for a Game Designer to join our team.
You will have the opportunity to take Expeditions to a new level of сomplexity and revenue, work with new mechanics, part in the development of individual launches from idea to release and influence the development of Expeditions as a whole.

What we’ll entrust you with

  • Write expedition concepts with a narrative designer.
  • Selecting and, if necessary, developing new mechanics to shape the player's expedition experience.
  • Balance and level design of event expeditions.
  • Analyze launches, formulate hypotheses to improve their performance.
  • Maintain expedition documentation (individual launches and the event as a whole).

What we expect from you

  • At least 2 years of experience in game design.

  • Willingness to relocate to Serbia, Armenia or any other country as agreed with us - we will discuss the location with the team.
