What You Will Do
We are seeking the immediate hire of an Indirect Buyer with a focus on G&A purchases. In this role, you will be a critical member of our indirect procurement team, reporting directly to the Manager, Global Procurement.
Responsibilities 
  • Process requisitions to purchase orders for the HR, Legal and Finance (collectively G&A) teams.
  • Manage vendor onboarding for assigned commodity areas.
  • Collaborate with the Global Procurement Manager to source and qualify suppliers by conducting market research, evaluating capabilities, and negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services, particularly the G&A functions.
  • Work closely with Legal to finalize contracts, including handling redlining processes for your assigned categories.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures throughout the department and organization.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders through clear communication and efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and manage monthly reports for your areas of responsibility.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate supplier invoicing.
  • Resolve procurement-related issues and manage supplier relationships within your areas of focus.
  • Ensure timely completion of contracts and renewals.
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and address any supplier-related conflicts or issues.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to achieve procurement savings targets.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance procurement processes and strategies.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on procurement policies and procedures.
What You Will Bring To Forescout
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, particularly with indirect goods and services, preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of preparing for and leading supplier pricing and terms negotiations.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting supplier agreements, SOWs, and related documents.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word; experience with procurement tracking software is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement best practices, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical skills and the ability to leverage data in decision-making processes
Travel 
  • Minimal travel may be required for this position
Hours/Shift 
  • This role requires the individual to work a normal shift through 2 PM Central Time (EMEA shift in India) to support relevant internal stakeholders and suppliers.
