Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Engineer to join our Agile development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to support application functionality.
Ensure database performance, integrity, and security in PL/SQL code.
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in Unix/Linux environments.
Develop shell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operational processes.
Customize and extend Oracle EBS modules, specifically related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Work on the customization and extension of Infor Product Lifecycle Management (Optiva) systems.
Participate in the integration of PLM solutions into enterprise systems.
Provide technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture and PLM integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Maintain and support the development environment, ensuring stability and high performance.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and experience in shell scripting
Expertise in Oracle EBS Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) customization and extension
Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modeling, and technical documentation
Experience with Infor Product Lifecycle Management (Optiva) workflows and workflow actions
Familiarity with the Microsoft .Net framework is desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken
