Management Strategy Manager (Team Leader Level)

This role involves developing and managing game IPs and creating global cultural content. Responsibilities include developing and adjusting business plans and strategies, managing performance and KPIs, improving processes and supporting business operations to enhance company productivity, and supporting management decision-making using internal and external data analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of total experience, including 6+ years in planning and strategy roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and understanding of IT/gaming industry trends are essential. The position is based in Seongnam, South Korea at Smilegate Campus.
