Job Summary

As the Lead Translator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating clear and effective communication between the CEO, stakeholders, and internal teams in both Mandarin and English. You will be responsible for translating verbal and written communications, ensuring accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and contextual clarity. This role requires exceptional linguistic skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret verbal communications during meetings, conferences, and presentations across all departments.

• Translate written materials, including documents, reports, and correspondence, with precision and cultural relevance.

• Ensure accuracy, adapting content to align with cultural and business contexts.

• Assist with proofreading and editing to maintain language quality and consistency.

• Support cross-functional teams with translation needs as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Flexible schedule and travel availability, including international trips as needed.

• Proven translation experience, preferably in business, gaming, or tech industries.

• Degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity in translations.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones.

• High accountability and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
