Job Description

This Junior Axiom Developer role focuses on Axiom implementation for credit risk, operational risk, and regulatory compliance (Basel guidelines, LCR, NSFR, Liquidity). Responsibilities include technical aspects of the project, data analysis from Adenza solutions (Capital, Liquidity, Finstat, PRA 110), data transformation, mapping to Adenza's data dictionary, unit testing, collaboration with upstream/testing/business teams (SIT & UAT), production rollout support, and application development. The role requires working with financial data and regulatory reporting frameworks.

Must have:

3-4 years of total working experience
1+ years of AxiomSL development experience
Experience in regulatory compliance projects
Data transformation and mapping skills
Unit testing and collaboration skills

Good to have:

Java, Python, or Shell scripting
Knowledge of Basel III, CRD IV, COREP, FINREP etc.
Strong knowledge of capital markets and risk management

Project description

Axiom implementation around Credit risk, Operation Risk, Basel guidelines, LCR, NSFR, Liquidity etc.

Responsibilities

Role expectation is to work on the technical aspect of the project

Understand and analyze Adenza solutions Capital, Liquidity, Finstat, PRA 110

Source required input data from upstream and perform required enrichment, data transformation on input data

Mapping enriched/transformed data into Adenza data dictionary

Perform unit testing

Work closely with upstream and testing team during SIT

Collaborate with business users during UAT to resolve bugs

Collaborate with use and performing required enrichment, data transformation on input data

Support the production rollout and help support team during warranty.

Develop application (source code) based on specifications

Provide inputs to the project manager, test manager for creating and tracking project / test plan

Skills

Must have

3-4 years of total working experience

1+ years of experience in AxiomSL development and regulatory reporting solutions

Experience in working within financial institutions or consulting firms on regulatory compliance projects is highly desirable

Nice to have

Knowledge of Java, Python, or Shell scripting

In-depth understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks such as Basel III, CRD IV, COREP, FINREP, Dodd-Frank, or MiFID II

Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and risk management processes.
