Job Description
This is a 3.5-year apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) starting August 1st, 2025, in Prüm, Germany. The apprenticeship includes hands-on training in assembling components and complete machines, reading and interpreting assembly drawings, process monitoring, quality control, functional testing, and mechanical commissioning. Apprentices will also gain experience in precision part manufacturing using machining processes (turning, milling, drilling), working with pneumatic and electropneumatic controls, material science, and material handling. Strong integration into current projects and assembly teams is emphasized. - Montage von Baugruppen bis hin zu kompletten Maschinen sowie Lesen, Verstehen und Anwenden von Montagezeichnungen
- Prozessüberwachung, Qualitätskontrolle und die Durchführung von Funktionstests mit anschließender mechanischer Inbetriebnahme
- Herstellen präziser Bauteile durch spanendes Verfahren (Drehen, Fräsen oder Bohren) nach technische Zeichnungen
- Umgang mit pneumatischen und elektro-pneumatischen Steuerungen sowie Werkstoffkunde und Materialhandhabung.
Das Besondere: Starke Integration in die aktuellen Projekte und Montage-Gruppen.
- Mindestens einen Realschulabschluss mit guten Noten in Physik, Mathe und Englisch
- Technisch - physikalisches Interesse und Grundverständnis;
- Freude beim Lösen praktisch - technischer Probleme und den Umgang mit dem Werkstoff Metall
- Handwerkliches Geschick sowie räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
- Strukturiertes, eigenverantwortliches Vorgehen kombiniert mit Anpassungsfähigkeit, Durchhaltevermögen und Teamgeist
