Job Description

The Insights and Analytics Manager role at Google's Finance team in Bengaluru, India requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 4+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, or a similar field. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining self-service reporting tools and dashboards for procurement stakeholders. Must have:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
4+ years experience in management consulting or project management
Experience in cross-functional projects and process improvement
Data visualization and reporting skills (Tableau, Power BI)
Designing, developing, and maintaining self-service reporting tools

Good to have:

Advanced degree in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
2+ years experience in business intelligence or data analytics
Experience with procurement data

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects and identifying process improvements.

Preferred qualifications:

Advanced degree or certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related field.
2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining self-service reporting tools, dashboards, and more for procurement stakeholders.
Experience in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik, and in creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Ability to solve problems and ensure data accuracy through analysis, reporting, and quality checks, resulting in reliable and insightful reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain self-service reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms tailored for procurement stakeholders.
Collect, aggregate, and analyze procurement-related data from various sources to create insights and visualizations.
Conduct analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to procurement operations.
Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using data visualization and reporting tools and software.
Support ongoing manual reporting activities by generating reports, and analyses as needed for specific operational requirements and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of manually prepared reports.
