In joining, you’ll help ensure a complete and relevant exchange of information among our consultants and in turn with engagement teams and clients, provide experts advice on a variety of specific topics, support engagement teams in resolving complex issues, and supporting clients and their subsidiaries in evaluating the potential impact of accounting and reporting standard setting initiatives. You’ll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.

Job Description & Summary:

 

We are looking for a knowledge management professional (Analyst/Associate and Senior Associate Level) to support the timely delivery of end-to-end KM services as set out in the firm’s integrated knowledge plan. This role will coordinate with various teams, serving as the primary touchpoint for users to provide and collaborate on knowledge-based initiatives, and continuously identify opportunities to drive efficiency and enhance knowledge identification, transfer of knowledge, knowledge sharing practices, and knowledge retention programs

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analysis
  • Developing secondary data driven,  qualitative industry, country and company report analysis that add value to industry conversations
  • Knowledge Management
  • Defining the knowledge management strategy for our knowledge base and maintaining high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill level
  • Develop Knowledge Management frameworks, streamline knowledge base by identifying key knowledge resources, implement appropriate KM solutions through a combination of Knowledge portals for effective capture, organizing, retrieval & use of knowledge resources
  • Working effectively across the organization with stakeholders, change management, service teams, trainers, curriculum developers and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services.
  • Interfacing with other processes and/or business functions to ensure processes are put in place to capture data, information and knowledge and leverage benefits provided by the Knowledge Management process 
  • Accountable for Knowledge Content deliverables 

Mandatory skill sets:

More than 2-4 years of experience in knowledge management and/or internal communications and/or research and analysis

Preferred skill sets:

Experience in developing thought leadership and research reports is a plus

Years of experience required:

2- 4 years

Education qualification:

Master’s degree/ MBA in Marketing or Mass Communications / PG Diploma from a reputed university/institute.
