Job Description & Summary
Our CEE Ethics Business Conduct team is headed up by Tamara Macasovic (Partner located in Croatia).
The small regional team is made up of professionals from OGC (Office of General Council) and RM (Risk Management), who dedicate app. 10 -15 % of their time working within the CEE E&BC team.
The regional CEE E&BC Team has experienced a significant increase in the volume and complexity of work which have created a critical need for more resources to ensure the continued success and efficiency of its operations. As such, the team is looking for an additional member to work with the team.
Participating in ethics cases and investigations
Leading GPS (Global People Survey) related initiatives handled by the CEE E&BC team (organizing and monitoring GPS results and related actions of local ethics teams)
Supporting and coaching local E&BC teams
Monitoring performance, quality and timeliness of actions of the local E&BC teams
Issuing regional E&BC comms
Leading CEE E&BC Representatives Quarterly Calls
Oversight of the case management tool
Compliance Activities - increasing focus on quality and in-depth documentation, significant number of questions/ interactions with the Internal audit team
Leading of CEE projects (i.a. implementation of the new policies) or participation in CEE projects
Leading awareness campaigns regionally and locally.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, Compliance or Coaching position
Managerial position or higher
Strong commitment to ethical standards and align with the core ethical values of our organization
Discretion and Confidentiality – ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, this is vital to maintaining the trust and confidence of all stakeholders
Diverse Perspectives – capability of reflecting a diverse range of perspectives to ensure fair decision-making and address the varied and complex ethical issues that may arise
Capacity to fulfill the responsibilities of the role effectively; this includes the ability to dedicate the necessary time and resources to their duties on the team
Experience in similar position is advantage
