As an Enterprise Implementation Manager at Coursera, you'll be responsible for the successful and timely configuration and launch of Coursera's Enterprise product for clients. This involves managing projects, onboarding clients, ensuring platform understanding and driving high adoption rates. You'll collaborate extensively with sales, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, finance, learner services, and legal teams. Pre-sales activities include product demos and addressing technical questions. You'll also contribute to defining implementation methodologies, creating project documentation, and establishing client feedback mechanisms. The role demands strong project management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Must have:
  • 2+ years in customer-facing SaaS implementation roles
  • Project & change management experience with large organizations
  • End-to-end delivery ownership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluency in Spanish

Job Overview:

As our Enterprise Implementation Manager, you will join the Enterprise Services team to own the implementations for our Enterprise clients.  Our goal is to build a Coursera solution quickly and successfully that drives impact across all of our client organizations. This role is also very cross-functional where you can expect to work with members within our sales, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, finance, learner services and legal teams in service of Coursera’s growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully configure and launch Coursera’s Enterprise product on-time according to the client’s requirements with high quality
  • Independently manage projects with small and medium sized customers by both leveraging client relationships as well as using data analysis to track our build to launch phase
  • Onboard clients on Coursera’s Enterprise product to ensure awareness and understanding of the platform and the solution and drive high initial adoption within the customer’s organization to drive long term success 
  • Assist sales team in pre-sales activities by giving product demos to prospects, provisioning evaluation accesses and answering technical questions related to the Coursera for Business product and integration features (such as SSO, LMS, etc.)
  • Build thought leadership and strategic footprint in defining implementation methodology, create project documentation, procedures and best practices for implementation services while managing requirements, scope and timeline for the project
  • Establish effective feedback mechanism to channel client feedback to cross-functional teams and collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles leading SaaS implementations
  • Demonstrated history in project management and change management, working with large organizations
  • Experience owning and managing end to end delivery, ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and driving results
  • Fluency in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Education Technology and passion for education, education reform, and interest in working for a social enterprise
  • Experience in web practices and technical concepts (SSO, API's, etc) 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment 
  • Passion for problem-solving and creative solutions 
  • Strong, proven sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism
  • Fluency in Portuguese a large asset
