HR Operations Payroll Specialist

The HR Operations Payroll Specialist will be responsible for timely payroll data collation and transmission to external vendors. Key duties include maintaining employee payroll records, processing payments (advance, termination, out-of-cycle), coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, managing garnishments, generating payroll/HR reports, and collaborating with country payroll partners for timely and accurate payments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), excellent communication skills, and experience with HRIS and E-Ticketing systems are preferred.
