Description

The P&C Content Specialist will play a key role within the Global People Experience & Services team, supporting the creation and maintenance of articles for manager self-service and employee self-service platforms. The role will involve drafting and reviewing articles, coordinating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) for approval, identifying gaps in employee needs and working with the team to ensure content is up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, organization and maintenance of employee facing, People & Culture related knowledge documents, guides, and FAQs using our knowledge management system.

  • Review articles to ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness. Ensure approval from the appropriate owner as outlined in the knowledge framework.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Programs, and COEs to update and maintain articles for manager self-service and employee self-service platforms.

  • Identify gaps in existing article content and conduct research to address employee needs effectively.

  • Archiving outdated content and publishing new resources.

  • Drive compliance to the knowledge management governance model.

  • Conduct regular audits of the knowledge base to ensure accuracy, relevance and timeliness. 

  • Collaborate with IT, P&C Tech and wider P&C Group to co-create future knowledge and AI support initiatives in line with strategic objectives. 

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in document management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management or related field. 

  • 3 years of experience within HR/People and Culture is essential.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to effectively translate complex information into user-friendly content.

  • Experience in document management, content creation, and/or knowledge management.

  • Strong attention to detail with organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with teams.

  • Proficiency in content management systems and document review processes.

  • Familiarity with employee self-service platforms and understanding of user experience principles.

  • Experience with Jira/Confluence a plus.
