Job Summary

Job Description

This contract role requires a creative and passionate editor with deep knowledge of Tennis, Motorsports, Golf, and the Olympics to join Sportskeeda's editorial team. Responsibilities include editing and publishing 300-350 engaging sports articles monthly, meeting quality and speed targets, exercising objective judgment in content approval, and contributing to team performance improvements. The ideal candidate possesses impeccable grammar, strong judgment, the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a competitive environment.

Must have:

Deep knowledge of Tennis, Motorsports, Golf, and Olympics
Impeccable grammar and punctuation
Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
Ability to edit 300-350 articles per month

The Opportunity

We are looking for creative, motivated & passionate editors to join our growing Editorial team.

You will be part of the team that edits and publishes highly engaging sports content from writers across the world. We operate in an extremely competitive environment where quality and being first to market are paramount. This team is our first and last line of defense, delivering on our brand promise that Sportskeeda is home to the most engaging and premium sports content.

We expect the candidate to have deep knowledge and understanding of Multiple Sports (Tennis/Motorsports/Golf and Olympics)

Location: Remote

Experience: 1-5 years

Role: Contract

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be expected to edit 300-350 articles per month.
Meet quality targets for accuracy and speed and continually contribute to improving team performance.
Exercise objectivity and display strong judgment skills in approving and rejecting topics.

Requirements

We expect the candidate to have deep knowledge and understanding of the Multiple Sports (Tennis/Motorsports/Golf and Olympics).
Impeccable grammar and punctuation and command over the language.
Self-motivated and focused on meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently and be a quick learner.
Respects deadlines and thrives in a highly competitive environment.
