Job Details
- Drive project formulation - from ideation, planning, release, and monitoring projects
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute game operations plan
- Support existing game operations strategies, while working on new systems to maximize players' value
- Analyze player data, project results and compile insights
- Communicate project recommendations and outcomes to key stakeholders
- Outstanding individuals with minimum a Master's Degree from top-tier universities (fresh graduates with strategy or business-related internship experiences are welcome to apply)
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Morocco and Middle East regions; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
- Possess a strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking ability
- Have data-driven mindset with the ability to set strong and measurable goals
- Have a solid experience in managing multiple projects, good in coordination and communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, Arabic and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
