Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements

Collaborate with external vendors or agencies when necessary
Review and approve designs, artwork, and graphics before final production
Act as a point of contact for design-related queries and support cross-functional teams
Contribute to the strategic planning of design initiatives and goals
Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of new design team members
Manage the design team's resources and budget effectively
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Communicate with stakeholders to understand and address design requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
Proven experience in a graphic design leadership role
Demonstrated expertise in graphic design principles, tools, and software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing graphic design talent
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in digital and print design processes
